Joao Services LLC provides residential and commercial landscaping and outdoor property maintenance services, including but not limited to:

• Weekly lawn maintenance 
• Mulching 
• Hedge and shrub trimming 
• Spring and fall cleanups 
• Yard cleanups 

All services are subject to availability.

• Estimates are free unless otherwise stated. 
• Estimates are valid for 7 days. 
• Pricing may change if site conditions differ from those described or visible during the estimate. 

Service dates are estimates and may change due to weather, equipment issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

Weekly lawn maintenance customers will receive service on their scheduled day whenever possible.

Customers agree to:

• Provide safe access to the property. 
• Remove pet waste before service. 
• Keep toys, hoses, decorations, and personal belongings out of work areas. 
• Clearly mark underground sprinkler heads, invisible fences, landscape lighting, or other hidden obstacles. 

Joao Services LLC is not responsible for damage to unmarked or improperly installed underground items.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

We accept:

• Credit and debit cards 
• Jobber Payments 

Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment.

Services may be delayed due to rain, snow, excessive heat, or other unsafe weather conditions.

We will reschedule as soon as practical.

If you have concerns regarding completed work, please notify us within 48 hours, and we will review the issue.

Joao Services LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service performed.

• Appointment reminders 
• Schedule updates 
• Estimate notifications 
• Service confirmations 
• Billing notifications 
• Customer support
